Responsibilities of a Communications & Outreach Specialist:

• Execute direct marketing and outreach strategies to educate customers about available client services
• Act as the primary point of contact for community members, building & maintaining relationships with new & existing consumers
• Analyze and report data with the Communications & Outreach Specialist team on community outreach efforts, enrollments, and program impact
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing all questions, issues, and concerns
• Collaborate with fellow Communications & Outreach Specialists to improve the overall consumer experience
• Participate in leadership workshops and hands-on training to stay ahead of marketing trends and changes in consumer demographics

What We Look for in a Communications & Outreach Specialist:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in marketing, as a Communications & Outreach Specialist, or in a customer-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in face-to-face settings
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others in a team environment
