We’re looking for more Sales Team Leads to help us expand our operations! As a Sales Team Lead with Lumen Executive Group, you will learn sales and marketing techniques from our experienced trainers with proven records of success in their field.
Responsibilities of a Sales Team Lead:
- Attend daily meetings to stay on top of market trends and new services for consumers
- Convert leads into lasting business relationships by offering quality sales support to customers
- Work alongside junior sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Set individual and team performance goals, track progress, and offer support when needed
- Collaborate with senior management to shape company sales & marketing strategies
- Track office performance using KPIs such as sales targets, revenue growth, and retention rates
- Give and take positive and constructive feedback effectively when needed
Qualifications of a Sales Team Lead:
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing, preferred
- Strong desire to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Ability to view challenges and obstacles as learning opportunities
- Empathetic individuals, able to understand other people and work to find solutions
- Goal-oriented, focused on achieving results and improving performance daily
