As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs in a fast paced, interactive environment. You’ll work on one on one with customers to recommend wireless products, services, and plans, and help them navigate through the Lifeline Program to ensure they get the support they need for affordable connectivity. As a Wireless Sales Associate, it is critical that you create a positive customer experience and drive sales performance. Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face to face to assess their wireless needs and recommend the best products and services. 
• Drive sales by presenting wireless solutions that meet customers needs and exceed their expectations
• Support customers through the Lifeline Program, assisting with enrollment and ensuring they have access to affordable wireless services. 
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the Wireless Sales Associate team. 
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and following up on their needs.

Wireless Sales Associate Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers face to face. 
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus. 
• Knowledge of or a desire to learn about the Lifeline Program and how it helps customers.
• A goal oriented mindset and a desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Join daily meetings with fellow Wireless Sales Associates to troubleshoot and stay on the same page about improving. 
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
