Responsibilities of the Benefits Enrollment Team Member:

• Educate customers on the enrollment process, program benefits, and eligibility requirements 
• Answer all questions or concerns customers may have and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and enrollment transactions to monitor sales performance and ensure the successful completion of the enrollment process
• Stay informed on all benefits, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate and effective assistance to customers
• Attend weekly meetings with the customer service team and Benefits Enrollment Team Members to improve enrollment efforts 

Qualifications of the Benefits Enrollment Team Member:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually 
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Passion for helping others
