Responsibilities of the Benefits Enrollment Team Member:
- Educate customers on the enrollment process, program benefits, and eligibility requirements
- Answer all questions or concerns customers may have and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and enrollment transactions to monitor sales performance and ensure the successful completion of the enrollment process
- Stay informed on all benefits, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate and effective assistance to customers
- Attend weekly meetings with the customer service team and Benefits Enrollment Team Members to improve enrollment efforts
Qualifications of the Benefits Enrollment Team Member:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Passion for helping others
