We’re looking for new Enrollment Representatives to continue the momentum we’ve built! As an Enrollment Representative with Lumen Executive Group, you will play a key role in furthering our goals in sales numbers, marketing outreach, and expansion targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact between prospective customers and the company
• Nurture available leads by following up on customer inquiries and encouraging enrollment
• Forge strong relationships with potential customers through hands-on sales support
• Present available products and plans to prospective customers thoroughly and accurately
• Actively listen to customers' needs and highlight the benefits of recommended plans
• Inform all potential customers of the details of enrollment, such as billing policies, product details, and plan benefits, at the point of sales 
• Work closely with senior management to brainstorm effective sales & marketing strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred, and not required
• Customer-focused mindset, the patience and empathy to assist customers with various challenges
• Sales-oriented mindset, ability to persuade and motivate customers to complete enrollment
• Goal-oriented, motivated to achieve goals and aim higher each day
• Personable individuals with a passion for working with others
• Ability and willingness to take and implement constructive criticism
